Christmas day catering - 4 person
- Baked free farmed ham, glazed with ginger beer, orange and mustard. Served whole with mustard and cranberry - requires carving (gf, df)
- Slow cooked lamb shoulder. Flavoured with Moroccan spices and served with a pomegranate jus (gf, df)
- Rosemary roasted potatoes, with lemon, parsley and garlic gremolata (vg, gf)
- Green bean and pea salad, feta, cucumber and mint (v, gf)
- Roasted carrot salad, spiced almonds, pumpkin seeds, fresh herbs and a sultana caper dressing (vg, gf)
- Lemon mousse cake with a raspberry centre on a pistachio & almond biscuit (gf)
Hot smoked salmon - suitable for 4+ people
A side of hot manuka smoked salmon with dill creme fraiche (gf) (approx 1.2kg weight). Suitable for up to 4 people
Cheese board - 4 person
A selection of New Zealand and International cheese, served with poached seasonal fruit, housemade chutney and accompaniments. Suitable for up to 4 people

Artisan toasted bread rubbed with herbs and olive oil, served with black garlic and prosciutto butter shaved parmesan and fresh leaves. Suitable for up to 4 people (two slices per person)
