Christmas day catering - 4 person
- Smoked ham with a marmalade and ginger glaze (boneless, approx. 1kg) (df, gf)
- Roast turkey with a sage, mushroom, chestnut and citrus stuffing and turkey jus (approx. 800g) (df, gf)
- House made cranberry relish (df, gf)
- Crispy roast beef tallow potatoes with thyme and caramelised onions (df, gf)
- Roasted cauliflower and broccoli with a three cheese sauce and herby breadcrumbs (v)
- Rocket and poached pear salad with caramelised walnuts, shaved pecorino and a balsamic dressing (df without pecorino, gf, v)
- Chocolate and raspberry mousse cake with a pistachio praline centre, served with whipped coconut cream, freeze dried raspberries and chocolate soil (gf, vg)
House smoked salmon - 4+ person
House smoked salmon side with horseradish mascarpone (gf) (approx. 1 kg)
