For the 2026 Christmas season, NOSH has developed a delicious menu for your Christmas at home.

The food is freshly cooked by our chefs and packaged ready for collection on the morning of Thursday, 24th December.

Christmas day catering - 4 person

Menu includes:

Roast pork porchetta stuffed with pancetta, chestnut and sage and served with shallot and rosemary jus (approx. 1.2kg) (df, gf)
Harissa marinated spatchcock chicken, with lemon and za'atar spiced stuffing balls, sumac labneh and chicken jus (approx. 1.4kg bone in) (df without labneh, gf)
Creamy dauphinoise potato with confit garlic and rosemary (gf)
Truffle and mushroom mac and cheese with crunchy garlic brioche topping (v)
Rocket and poached pear salad with caramelised walnuts, shaved pecorino and a balsamic dressing (contains nuts, df without pecorino, gf, v)
Vanilla mousse log with a pear centre and layers of hazelnut praline and hazelnut + almond dacquoise. Served with caramel sauce, pear gel and vanilla chantilly cream (contains nuts and gelatin, gf)

Can I customise my order, or just select a few parts of a product?

Unfortunately not. Our products come in standard sizes and configurations, designed to streamline our process.

I have special diet requirements, can you help with these?

Our main menu is designed to be primarily gluten free and some dishes can be made dairy free on request if needed. Beyond this the products are as offered and can't be modified for diets unfortunately.

What ingredients will I need, and how much work is involved?

Our Christmas items are made fresh by our chefs and will require very little work from you. You will not need any of your own ingredients. Some dishes will need to be heated, but we will provide you with clear and easy to follow instructions.

Can you deliver?

No, you must be able to collect your catering on the 24th December from the NOSH kitchen in Khandallah - we will provide specific details on times nearer the date.
